Working with clients from across British Columbia, we provide a wide array of family law services - from drafting cohabitation, marriage or separation agreements, to providing independent legal advice, liaising with parenting coordinators and counsellors, attending at mediation or arbitration, and representing clients at all levels of court in BC. We are experienced in conducting complex trials at the Provincial and Supreme Court levels as well as arguing important legal questions before the BC Court of Appeal.
